Ok your ambient is fairly low but those are still great temps. Are both your CPU and HSF lapped?

If those are your actual temps (since you haven't tested for 8+ hours yet) then I don't see any point in going to water. Your gain won't be worth the price you pay, and it's hard to beat those temps even with water. Stress that baby 8-24 hours and then see where your temps are.

Yes, I only have until 600 grit though, and I did the CPU until 400 since I lost the 600 lol

They are both lapped lightly, the TRUE just enough to expose the copper and be flat, and the CPU just enough to expse copper.

Well you have to run it 8+ hours for us to even know if you have a stable OC. 1.25vcore is pretty low so if you can pull that off that's nice. If those are your temps and the OC is stable I would definitely push that chip further.

I had it stable at 1.23V but for some reason It takes at least 1.24 now after the reseat...

1.25 is for good measure, but I dont want to push this little guy too far because I want to get to know him better (aka have him alive at least 5 years).

at Idle I have around 1.28V, so thats some horrible Vdroop I have...

You don't have to worry about him lasting that long. CPU's are slated to last 10-15 years and OC'ing will maybe shave a few years off. As long as you adequately cool it you can run that chip up to 1.4 and it'll last you way longer than you'll ever need it.
