Is room temperature not 18-22C? because a lot of people today have been talking about over-30C ambients, which scares me. Unless they live in the complete middle of an appartment without AC.

Well, it's hot down here in SoCal, reason why I went water. No matter how big or costly a heatsink I would get, temperatures in the Spring and Summer were just bad. Water allowed me to keep them in check. If I had the low ambients you have, I wouldn't bother with anything else besides air.

I have like 10 more of those MOS-C1s and am wondering where to stick them all.
Great job on the mods there mate I love those types of heatsinks too and believe they work in reducing temps as long as the case air flow is good. I'd fit them everywhere myself If I was sure that they wouldn't become loose, fall off and hit something that would fry something else I guess that's just me though being sceptical on the fitting/sticking pads.

Yeah I was scared they would fall into the NB fan, but I tried to rock it around and it's very stable, pad is made by 3M, if it helps.

Thats without getting used parts or anything, and without going cheap on tubing or a res. And as long as you are under, like, 80C, you can make any overclock without melting your chip. It's the mobo that restricts you, not the temps.

Sorry I'm venting all this on you, BTW I'm getting a bit more "Dude you hacked your TRUE'' and ''Let's see what will happen if you throw the TRUE in lava''.
Did you not see me standing up for the TRUE & the job you did at the end of my post? Geeesh, no respect

People choose H2O to go above and beyond air's capability. The only problem is it does get very expensive over time. There's always a better block or better performing pump............ That's also a huge benefit of water over air, you can always step up the performance of any given part at any time. Air cooling doesn't give you much variance in the way of this, but it did pay off for you! Post back in the dead of summer and say you are just as happy though

Like I said previously, kudos to you for getting the results you have, just please don't beat down members seeing the title, then choosing to post a pfft. "Water(like) temps on AIR" sounds like you have invented a cure for cancer ya know.

As a matter of fact, I'm going to +rep you for your efforts

The best part is I added the (like) after, since people were saying ''Yeah well it's water now but it won't be later and blah blah, lol.

I dont mind arguing with people though, as long as it's written. It let's me practice my English.

Update: I get within 1-2C of those temps, with every fan at 7V, w00t. No more noise for me!

EDIT/UPDATE: I think I'll make a thread on general air cooling/ air modding. Already started with my Air cooling for Dummies thread, but I think it's in for some major changes.
