Air-cooling-wise, there is currently nothing that fits on the northbridge. Nada. Zip. A la proxima vez.

I contacted Thermalright and they said they have no plans to make one... The rest fits, suck as mosfets and SB heatsinks, but it's a stupid full-cover heatsink, and I would have to saw off parts to use others which = no warranty.

Hey dude. Good to see you had the patience to do all that work. My dremel looks at me angrily. Tell me do you have any results as to before and after you added that washer? Seems interesting as my true is screwed in all the way and yet 1 core is always near 10C over the others.

Mate add the washer. I just did to mine (unlapped both) and i went from 20*c diff in cores (2 around like 50*c and 2 around 70*c) to a max of 48 in 1 core, 46 in another and around 38-39 in the others! all at load btw

The only difference I found is more stable temps, but then again I always had pretty good pressure. For most people with so-so to not-enough pressure it should result in bringing the gap in temperatures between cores much lower. I remember I had about 8-12C difference before the bearing, and after (along with a light lap), it brought the difference down to 2-4C at most. The way to find out if it will make a difference for you: while prime is running and temps are topped out, apply more pressure to the TRUE, and see if your temps drop. When I did this I lost about 5-7C on load, mainly the two first cores. Cores 2 and 3 kept pretty much the same temps. This is what told me there wasn't enough pressure, thus I decided to do the bearing mod. Try it out!

You still sure about that? I emailed Thermalright and they say then have no plans to make one

edit: double! I be ashamed!

Triple Post much? Good temps, though. In the future, you can just hit the edit button and add what you need. That is the preferred method.
