i dont know anything of your board, it may not support it

go in bios, tell it to configer sata as raid

when you reboot, it will give you options for what kind, you want raid0 with 128k stripe

Check your box and confirm that your model motherboard has the ICH9R southbridge, the link to the website you provided indicates that it could have either the ICH9(No RAID) or the ICH9R(RAID).

G33M doesn't do the RAID controller functions. Your southbridge is the one responsible for all of the I/O (USB, RAID, LAN, etc.)

If you have an ICH9, then you DON'T have RAID capabilities. you need a IHC9R (R for RAID). Hope that helps..

OK i definatly have an ICH9R southbridge chipset so I am raid ready but what do I do people when i go into my bios and change RAID mode from IDE to AHCl it says under SATA RAID settings that it has detected my hard drives so im guessing that means its enabled raid for both of those. BUT there is no menu that allows me to choose which type or what stripe size is there a F key or any other key I have to press on boot up that brings up a seperate menu for RAID options ???
like you get F11 for boot sequence

you didnt say that before lol

put raid on both, when you reboot, a think will pop up with both drives listed, hit the button it says to config, and set up the raid

(also, as im sure you know, both drives will be formatted during this process)

You don't setup the RAID in the motherboard bios, you do it in the RAID bios. Don't go into bios and after it detects your drives it should give you the option to press ctrl + F1 to enter RAID bios. I'm curious though because my mobo is very similar and my bios has 3 settings for the ICH9R, IDE, AHCI, & RAID.
