I got mine with my NB block from Viperjohn so he had already modded it. You hafta trim about 1/4 of the fins down about 50% that are directly under your card. Put something on the four corners of the substrate also to kinda stabilize the heatsink. Once you get it on you'll love what it drops your MCP temps to!

You just made my day cause this heat is driving me crazy Cuz.Yeah I got his evercool all rdy done up.The whole package.Everthing is around 30c except my board 40c and my MCP 52c.I put as much air as I can find and just cant get it to lower.




Time to take my loop apart and add it.

Yeah i downloaded Everest but it doesnt show my SPP or MCP.
This is all it shows me under computer/sensor.

I believe it is an option you can choose under preferences, as for mine, I don't have hard drive temps monitoring (I probably should). You should probably put CPU temps there as well. You can choose what to display in the sensor tab, temps, voltage, clocks, fan speeds etc...

Man you guys are lucky with WC kits and thin heatsinks, I chose the Scythe Infinity for it's silence but hadn't anticipated how hot the MCP would be.

I am using a 60mm fan I took from a AMD Athlon cooler, not worth taking pictures.
