Here's some cheap good/decent PSUs too. I can personally recommend the 500W Apevia. I've owned 3 all w/ minimal problems @ worst.

Also here's some cheap cases if you have to move everything due to propietary layouts or whathaveyou.

edit: OBTW if you haven't caught my drift yet I think investing money into a pci GPU in this case is a waste of money
