Ive never seen any site give a batch number when shipping a chip. I would assume that is because giving a batch number would specify a specific chip, and when a company ships it out, it would need to find that exact chip and ship it, instead of just shipping you a Q6600. Newegg ships just that, a Q6600. They dont tell even what stepping you get. Its unlikely you would get a B3, but it has happened. It would take orders of magnitude more work to record all the batch numbers from all the chips they sell, so I think ebay is the only place you'll see them, as enthusiasts are selling the chips, and the better batch it is the higher price it will get.
