The minerals will build up inside your loop and clog your blocks.

This is overclocking, not nascar.

Good luck. We'll see you in a couple months when you're looking for answers as to why your temps are bad and your components are failing.

BTW, please learn some grammar if you're gonna post on a forum such as this.

OK, can we stop the flame war before it really starts here and get back to my components? I'm decideing between distilled and fesser on the fluid. I think Im going to use 3/8 tubing too. The main thing I'm concerned with now is if the 120.3 will be enuff radiator to handle this single loop. Opinions?

I think you'll run into both heat and restriction issues if you do all this in a single loop. I would recommend splitting it up between the cpu/nb loop and the gpus in another loop.

I was afraid I was gonna hear that. I'm gonna hafta at least test out the single loop at first cause this is prolly gonna make my wallet tap for a few months. I think i can skin by on the restriction, but the heat is what was really worry'n me. I guess if nothing else I can still air cool the gpus till i get enuf for another pump/radiator/fans if the single loop can't handle it. Thanks a ton for the input btw

No problem, that's what I'm here for

The heat might not be an issue if you have good airflow and relatively low ambients. Only one way to find out though Good luck with your loop.

He has a 780i, so the north bridge gets quite hot. I generally only recommend watercooling the north bridge if you have a nvidia board (they're north bridges have always run hot, I used to own one) and if you have a x38 chipset board. NB temps matter a whole lot when it comes to stability.

Oh and shaggy. You are going to purchase the viper john mosfet sinks right? You also need a south bridge heatsink. Here are the mosfet sinks, and here is the south bridge sink I recommend.
