OK, I got a different question. I am getting a new kit of 4GB RAM (G.Skill) and I was wondering should I wait for the RAM to install vista 64bit, or install it with my current 2GB RAM? Would it make any difference?

I am probably getting these, since my board only goes to DDR2 800 max I think.

Remember when Installing 4Gigs of Ram on Vista 64 bit.

make Sure you do the installation with only 2gigs in otherwise you will BSOD.

Then you need to get a patch from Microsoft and slot the other stick in.

You will be fine with an XFI... i cant see how people have problems with it - works absolutely fine for me.

Driver support is great aswell, so don't worry about that.

I disagree .

Seriously the Creative drivers for eg the extreme gamer were bad.

I would sometimes restart my computer and i would lose the driver. I would then have to take the card out of the PCI slot and put it back in. Other times i had to reinstall the driver was a pain. This was on 64 bit vista. Im using the Prelude and the drivers work flawlessly no bugs whatsoever.

If you have to choose between XP64bit and Vista 64bit, which one would you use ?
And why ...
