New system build advice

Thread Starter
Hi,

I am planning to build a system based on the one in this article. I am cool with all the parts, I will go for a Nvidia 9600 card however, and I wish to go for double the ram in the article. I am looking to use the same brand and spec as in the above article. Can anyone please advise me of what the ratings mean for ram? If I look at getting the 2x2GB pair rather than the 2x1 GB pair, there seems to be a ratings difference.

This is the 4GB pack (rated 5-5-5-15)

and this is the 2GB pack, (rated 4-4-4-12).

Will I have any problems going for the 4GB configuration based on the rest of the specs in the toms hardware article?

TIA

Thank you for the advice, are these timings in m/s? Also based on the advice given in the Tom's hardware article, would you suggest I go for a different brand of memory with better ratings? If so I would like to hear some suggestions.
