You did not install the bootloader (or not to mbr). I don't know about Fedora, but there might be and option to update the installation on the CD. Go back there and install the bootloader (GRUB) on mbr.

or you could boot from the fedore cd and when fedora loads (if it loads a desktop version to "try" it before isntalling) use terminal

type grub and it will say probing for devices

then root (hd0)
setup (hd0,x) x being the partition your on.

this is only if grub comes with fedora, if not you will have to install grub manually

mbr - master boot record. This is the boot sector of the hard disk.
If the bootloader was installed on a different place than mbr, you can chroot from a livecd (in case it doesn't have grub already) and install it from there. Though I doubt you can handle it.

Okay, i just reinstalled....i did indeed install the bootloader to the MBR, i checked the settings for it when it asked where to install the bootloader and by default, it was set to install to the MBR.

Its still not booting, or giving me an option to load fedora?

you should try using EasyBCD

You can use it to add fedora to the boot list as long as you know the disk and partition number that it's installed in. It's fairly easy to use. If you have any questions about it, let me know.
