Okay, i wanna be able to turn on my computer, and right after post, it let me to choose to load 'Vista' or load 'Fedora'?

is that what GRUB does???

Yeah GRUB is just a plain text menu bootloader. You can change all of the settings as you please via *nix OS.

GRUB the default bootloader that comes with Fedora (and many others). If you say that you installed the bootloader on mbr, it must be there. I just can't figure out why it isn't. Or you didn't install it on mbr, or you didn't install it at all.
