The mac community on OCN is getting larger, so, after seeing this thread I thought we really need to get a list of apps for anyone who is just starting to use OS X.

So post apps and I will make a sorted list of apps.

I know this isn't TECHNICALLY for Mac OS, but I absolutely can't live without it. Its good especially if you dual boot OSX+Windows on the same computer and want to access files.

Macdrive 7 - Lets you access HFS partitions from windows

Only thing I would change is Flip4Mac, there are better one called Perian: http://perian.org/ it support ALL formats
