I would consider it a bit too high, why not take the SB on and apply some Ceramique/MX-2.

I was thinking of adding some Artic silver but someone told me thats risky since its very conductive.

Its not conductive, but it has capacitance. This means it can interfere with resistor's abilities to regulate voltage. If is applied carefully, and just on the SB's core, it wont casue a problem.

Is there a guide around here on how I should go about doing this...or is it pretty simple? They are just push pins right?

How much did your temps improve? Is it worth taking a computer apart? I would love better numbers but I wouldn't do it for just 5 degrees.

well tbh it was about 7-10c diff. in temps. to me that was worth it results as always may vary. especially in your case when i see the NB or Sb temps that high. 70's seem high to me. do you have good airflow in the case? i see you have a bigwater. how are cpu temps?
