Strange they took out a ton of stuff on this motherboard, to lower the power consumption? It would be better if they replaced the DVI with hdmi and vga with dvi, for 2 digital displays. Serial ports are like... useless nowadays, mabye put some firewire ports there instead?
PCI-express slot w/e speed would have been nice as well. 2 ram slots would be nice since today's stuff eats so much ram, even blu ray recommends 2gb.
Overall average board, of course its just one board in the mitx market.
Got a link on the mITX 780G?
What did they really take out of this motherboard? They removed some DIMM slots, PCI/PCIe slots, and fewer VRM but those are all expected for mITX. The chipset (like all other IGP) does not support dual digital output so the optimal setup would have been HDMI + VGA. DVI + VGA isn't that bad though. The serial ports are there since this is mainly an industry board.
For the price/performance, it's the best mITX out there by far.
