And i told her to download AVg antivirus, and that didnt do a thing. Anything else we can try? Heres a screenshot of what shes seeing when she tries going to a new web page and stuff.

Is reformatting an option? Viruses are a pain to remove, and formatting the drive and starting from scratch is advised.

Absolutely. This guy has the answer... just backup any files she really really wants (pics word docs etc.) and then nuke the drive with a format. That is by far the best way to do it.

No you dont need to format the drive!!!
I would suggest that she uninstall AVG and antivirous 2008, and any other antivirous softwere she has, becouse they conflict when more than one is running!

Then download NOD32 trial, and SUPERANTI SPYWERE free
