You can try hanging a radiator for a LOOP outside your window in winter. THAT would be hot. (or cold)

Granted, it'd probably freeze unless you ran it 24/7.

I have mine hanging out the window its acout 45F outside.

The reason you can not cool your pc in a fridge is because they are only made to stay on until the temp reaches a certain ammount. If you ran one 24/7 it would burn out. The fridge is the opposite of an AC unit.
