Replacing RAM, need help choosing new stuff

So Im tired of having to RMA my ballistix every 6 months, so Ive decided I want some new ram. Either a 2x 2gb kit (which im leaning towards) or a good 4x 1gb set. Here's what im looking at:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231145

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231166

2x http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820150054 (iffy here)

I realize the difference between the PQ and PK sets, but how much better is the PK? $50 for 66mhz is an awfully lot, unless the PKs can clock decently over 1100mhz. My board has dividers open right now for 1024mhz, and 1200mhz on the ram, so as of now the ram would have to use the 1024mhz.

What do you think? Are there any other sets out there worth consideration?

The Gskils in the first link are what I have and I have had no problems with these what so ever. They will do 1066 with stock timings and 2 volts. That is as high as I have pushed mine. Great ram.

I would have to look at http://www.ncixus.com/products/28269/996593/MUSHKIN/ but yeah, that can be a candidate also, but how high can it get, or does it get regularly? that is a 1000mhz set, and the g.skill offers the 1066 set for $8 more. If the redlines OC like crazy I would definitely jump for them
