Hmmm pretty cheap.

THESE ARE FOR SOCKET mPGA604 I don't thing people know who these are targeted at and their application. Chillax, it's not for home users.

Are these just 3 dual cores on one die or is it "true" 6 core? Or even more exciting is the possibility of a cut down 8 core

But seriously, that price is ridiculous.

Thats why, this is for Socket 604 Xeon's, so fairly old stuff, and most definately FSB based.

That's why Intel put 6 Cores on one DIE.
On Chip connection will be faster than over the Chipset.
And you can now get 24 Cores instead of 16 with 1 Server blade...
