CCFL lights... what are these good for? my NB has PCIe slots that glow under some kind of light (light from Antec Spot cool fans) and its really interesting.... do these lights have the same 'effect'?

CCFL lights just light up like a bulb, but they also make uv reactive glow. I have a few in each case.
