There is no reason to go for the G35 over the G33. Only addition was more powerful GPU with HDMI and DX10. Since you're going for a Standalone GPU this doesn't apply to you.

Prosser - Can you overclock on that mobo - my mATX ASRock couldn't overclock more than 15%.

I also have the GA-G33M-S2, with having the onboard off and flashed to the latest bios, this board is hitting FSB speeds of 533mhz and beyond.

couldnt have made a bettermATX purchase im sure of it, too bad my E8400 is a very poor bin, and my 2x2 gig memory kit wont go over 910mhz :\\

but with the 333mhz memory strap, i have multipliers from 1.6xFSB to 3.2xFSB, 1.6x being unstable above 400mhz~
