That processor is fine. But 3.2 with a stock cooler is tricky. That cheap board may also hold you back on the overclocking - I don't know if it has a pci-e lock, which could lead to HDD corruption at higher FSB. If you can run to a GA-p35-ds3L then the e2180 would be the best choice. For that cheap board, the extra 200mhz of the e2200 makes it worth getting.

aight so ill be getting the e2200 with the foxcon board and corsair memory dlink newtwork card\\and segate 500 gb hd
it add up to 300$ including shipping
so u think it will be able to run like 3 , 10 player cs server and a web hosting server?

I would think it should be able to handle that fine. By the way what about this lan card. Little bit cheaper and seems to get higher reviews (although newegg reviews are a joke).
