help trying to get replacement laptop

so i have a 4 year old laptop that has been sent in atleast 15 times within the 4 years for all sorts of problems and every time after it gets back, there are still problems with it. the company doesn't properly fix it. so i was wondering how i could get them to give me a replacement laptop instead? any ideas? of course this means w/o killing my warranty or having them find out.

ps. if this violates ToS, i apologize, and please delete.

Your 4 year old laptop is still under warranty? That must have cost a bit.
What's the vendor for this laptop? What was wrong with it?

harddrive dies, internet doesn't work, i've had lcd, and keyboards and various other parts replaced all at different times because they keep failing. and its a dell.

edit: actually, at the time of purchase, the warranty was pretty damn cheap. now its expensive as hell. it was like 100$ for the 4 years.. now its like 400 for 3 years..

Well, considering the amount of trouble the laptop is having and the fact that it's under factory warranty, I would call their CS and really put up a stink. I went through this with an old Sony Vaio I had, whose LCD had to replaced for dead pixels four times.

Also check the terms of the warranty, it may only be for parts and labor only and not outright replacement.

If it is in your warranty terms, it applies under the Magnuson-Moss warranty act. FTC SITE.

If a full warranty is written:
