I am inexperienced with over clocking so I have done some reading about the basics, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask a bit of advice on how to get the most out of what I own.

Currently these are my settings according to EVEREST:
CPU Clock: 2667 Mhz
CPU Multiplier: 10
CPU FSB: 267 Mhz
Memory Clock: 533 Mhz
Memory Speed: DDR2-1066
DRAM:FSB Ratio: 2:1
Memory Timings: 5-5-5-15 2

My voltage settings in the bios are:
Vcore: auto
Mem: 2.1v
1.2 HT: 1.25v
NB: 1.50v
SB: 1.55v
CPU VTT: 1.25v

I also set my FSB to linked, the ratio to 1:1, and the FSB to 1066. Is the reason why it is 2:1 since I did not raise the FSB from 266 to 533 to match the RAM?

I'm wondering what would be the most stable setup that would gain performance. I read that running the memory at DDR2 800 is better as well, is that true?

I have had issues with instability over the last six months with this machine so I would fix things.

Thank you.
