Check your chipset voltages and that your ram is running it 2T mode.

If you're at 1.45vCore then your motherboard and ram and likely the culprit.
That's a high vcore, why aren't you using the multi of 9 with a fsb of 350 ?Put your fsb overvoltage at +0.2,MCH at +0.2.

Try these settings out. Try putting your multi on 9x too, that should help.

Advanced BIOS Features
CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E) Disable
CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM2) Disable
CPU EIST Function (Note) Disable

MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)
CPU Host Clock Control Enabled
x CPU Host Frequency (Mhz) 400
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) 100
System Memory Multiplier (SPD) 800 (with your FSB at 400, it will 1:1)

System Voltage Control
DDR2 OverVoltage Control: +.03v (default is 1.8v)
PCI-E OverVoltage Control [Normal]
FSB OverVoltage Control +0.2v
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control +0.2v (This is your northbridge voltage, might need +0.3 when running over 400 FSB with quad)
CPU Voltage Control 1.40v - 1.5v (it might need less then 1.40v, or it might need a bit more... only testing will tell)

Depending on what bios you have, you might have to press [CTRL+F1] in the main bios menu to access advanced memory timing options.

Definitely keep your multiplier at 9 unless you push towards 500MHz FSB.

Yeah, that is to get you to 3.6, use the same settings on everything else. Just change your cpu speed to a lower speed.
