Flop, I thought Crysis failed because of PC piracy

I think they didn't get the memo that when a game is released that only 1% of computers could run smoothly, it might hurt your sales a bit

Give them some slack. This game was amazing in my opinion. So what if there are some glitches. Is there even a game out there that had zero glitches? There will always be problems with coding. Get used to it and enjoy the game for what it is.
Thats funny though, about NASA. haha

They should take an example from the coders who developed COD4, even though it wasn't DX10 but still.

Yes...games have ''SOME'' glitches. Crysis had more than ''SOME''.

How can I enjoy a game that lags no matter what you throw at it ?

I read the source link.
I don't have a clue what "sliders" they're talking about.
I run the game at 19 X 12 with mostly very high settings and the game is a joy.

I have half a hunch that they were trying to render everything with the CPU alone

Crysis can be run at max already. SO what?
haha well I can run crysis fine maxed at 40 fps.

Crysis *IS* "advanced" - it's easily the best looking game ever made. But yes, it was indeed coded coded by drunk, retarded monkeys. Just open your console sometime while you're playing. Odds are you'll see a couple hundred errors. Especially about a method called "goToAndPlay" or "goToAndUse" or something like that.

I believe that is an AI error, (which explains why the ai is, well, less than smart...)
I would not call Crysis advanced by any means....Looks nice but looks does not mean its ''Advanced''. Physics and AI engines an game engines is what makes a game advanced. Not sexy looking shaders in DX10.
