How are you loading the cores? Orthos only loads 2 cores fully. That screenshot doesn't show the cpu loaded.
Doing it with Prime Full Stress Testing, havent tried ortos yet, besides im using vista SP1 64 , ill try that laterz, for WIGGZ, yaa i disable fan control on bios mate....thx for your help guyz!!!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't think Prime loaded all 4 cores of a quad.
You might want to try OCCT-

Everest does a good system stability test... it realy maxes out all 4 cores

It loads all four cores.
You have to run multiple instances of Prime for a quad. I much prefer Orthos for a full 8-12 hour test and OCCT for initial 1-2 hour tests. The new version of OCCT made some huge improvements IMO.
