Hi all

I want a couple of pointers on how to achieve the max clocks

Type of info i need is thremal paste placement which is the best way to apply it?

info about my Nothbridge?

What clocks could i achieve on my motherboard and chip set

Many Thanks OC Peeps

The thermal paste should be applied like a grain of rice in the center of the CPU, perpendicular to the writing.

I was going to use a credit card and spread it? I will be using stock paste not AS5.
dont spread it, put a line perpendicular to the writing on the surface, then once you put the heatsink on the pressure will spread out the thermal paste accordingly in a nice oval/circle

Well I'm not sure about how strong an overclocker the 650i is but with my chip I can just set the FSB to 370 and bump up my voltage one notch and she runs perfectly at 3.5Ghz

How would I know?

Hold your tongue on your northbridge and you tell me.

I'm sure my chip will go alot higher then 3.5Ghz but I just havn't been bothered to push it.
