What cases/PSU to get on a budget

I have about $100-$150 to spend, and I need two cases + one PSU.

The first case must have room for at least 5 5.25" bays, 2 3.25" bays, and 8 hard drives. This will be for my up and coming new sig rig, so its gotta be a nice case.

The second case will house a P-III microATX board and one CF card, thats it. Its going to be shoved in the back of the closet in my bedroom so its got to be absolutely silent, and the smaller the better. Its obviously not going to be seen, so I really don't care how it looks.

The PSU I need is going to power that P-III, so I don't care about its max power (even something like 100W should be enough). I just care for it to NOT blow up and burn in my closet after running for 6 months straight. If it also happens to be very power efficient, all the better. And if the fan in it is loud I don't mind having to replace it.

So uh....what do I get?

Not bad. That may be a good choice for the closet computer, but it doesn't hold 8 hard drives nor does it have 5 5.25" drive bays. It won't fit what I'm planning on installing.

From cheap PSUs Delta and Hec should be quite decent and FSP/Fortron makes some good budget PSUs. (Antec Basics are FSPs)

Here's good review whose general results can be probably applied to huge majority of cheap PSUs:

Well I think I found the case for the sig rig. Apparently, the best buy closest to me still has rocketfishes going for $47

I'm still having trouble with the cheap one though :/ If I was putting a powerful rig in there with a good PSU it would be an easy choice...but I dunno, maybe a case/PSU combo would be the best deal? Just have to find one with a delta or something like you said.

This Antec case comes with an earthwatts PSU so its tempting, but spending $85 incl shipping on a case I'm never going to see for a computer I'm never going to physically use just doesn't seem right.

This is what I built my signature rig with:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811129024

I changed-out the psu to keep for a spare.
The EA500 that comes with it is good @ 34amps and 80%
