HELP!!!Think i need bios update

Hey guys & gals,i ran into a problem when installing windows xp on this pc am trying to build to sell.anyway heres what happens,i did a reformat with windows xp disc & after xp installs the first portion of files & restarts to installs the rest files...a little message comes on real quick & then the pc restarts over & over when it hits that screen.

So i went to the msi site & read about the board & found out that the board can only use the e4300 with the 1.2 bios version & am on 1.1.

So my main question is,can i do a bios flash with a bootable disc (only bios on the disc) or do i need floppy, none of my pc's have floppies in them.
what can i do to update the bios without a floppy or what ever?

Board is a msi p4m890m-l

Thank's In Advance

I don't know about that board specifically, but some boards will update from a USB flash drive. Hit Alt + F2 during the POST with the flash drive inserted and see if it will allow it. Some board don't, such as mine which will only flash with a floppy or disc.
