The 360 version looks great and runs great.

very true but most fans like myself didnt want to wait. the PS3 (in europe) was severly delayed and MGS4's release date is still far off. its been a long time. also MGS2 and 3 substance were released on the xbox so i dont see why not PC

I love mgs games but it doesnt justify buying a PS3 for me. lol my solution is to just go my mates house for a week and play his MGS4 on his PS3 then come home and again. Why dont you see any WORKING MGS games on PC anwyays.???

As for Bioshock i never really understood why it was an exclusive for Xbox and PC however 2K re known to favor microsoft platforms.
One Correction : Its 300 quid, not 400-500.... for a PS3, which is similar to the price of an xbox 360 elite.. I have no idea where you got that number from.

But,yeah, unless one loved a particular game to no end, one does not see a reason to buy a console for just that one game. I think there are quite a few good games coming out this year. IIRC

I had the 360 version and I am glad that it is going to the PS3. I am happy to see multiplats more often, because it means you can buy a console, not have to worry about games. You would only have to look at what console has the features in it you want.

Or buy a nice PC . If only most companies would optimize for PC as well as they do for consoles maybe people would be going to PC. And I still think windows should come out with a very very low resource OS so the requirements wouldn't be so high for most games.
