Help running Crysis on max settings

Hello, guys, I'm back with my new build.
I was wondering if there was any way to increase my performance while running Crysis on maximum settings with the following build:

Intel Core 2 Quad - Q6600 @ 2.4Ghz
Geforce 9800GTX - 512MB RAM - G92 - 256 bit - 675 Mhz Clock Speed
Antec nine hundred Case
320 Gb Seagate - 7200 RPM
Intel BloodIron P35 Series Motherboard
700W OZC Power Supply
4GB Patriot RAM
Asus 20X DVD/RW litescribe
Vista Home Premium 64bit

the biggest resource hog in crysis is AA turn it off and you should find it runs a bit better. (although i`ve never played it) or lower the res. what monitor are you using
you could try overclocking your gear a bit see if that helps

Try overclocking you 9800 gtx i think you can get it to 750-780 . (if you don't know how ask), and you may have better result .
