ULTRA Chill Tec, worth it? - Page 5

I will tell you that ViperJohn told me. The combination TEC/air coolers are not worth the scrap metal. Get a true or an OCZ Vendetta II if you don't want to lap.

ChillTec is a rip off. I bought one this past weekend and I just took it back for a replacement. I was thinking it was bad.The new one runs the same as the old one. The idle temps are good at 28c to 36c, but the full load temps are as high as 73c on a OC Q6600 to 3.38ghz.
