Help! Driver problem!

Thread Starter
Hi all, I was helping a friend install a new video card in his computer. We were using windows xp. I uninstalled all of his Nvidia drivers (I should have only selected his display driver.) I accidentally selected all of them... well, long story short. His mouse and keyboard won't function at all. haha I tried using usb (it says that the items we're plugging in aren't Hi speed usb plugs.) and I tried putting them into the ps/2 with a reboot and still no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

try a system restore mate you may need to re-uninstall the drivers again.
also try searching for the new drivers on the keyboard makers web site as well.
you may need to beg/ borrow/ steal a PS2 keyboard and mouse for a while

get a standard mouse. right click my computer go to manage, then device manager. uninstall all usb ports then, roll to the very top and right click on the pc name then choose scan for hardware changes. this should corect the problem.
