Artifacts Around Mouse Cursor

Thread Starter
I'm getting some wierd artifact like things around my mouse cursor when I hover over a hyperlink or text, it shows up like a distorted cursor behind my normal cursor and its only there for a split second. i'm using latest drivers but I've tried older ones as well and my GPU is stock, but its still there. Anyone know how to get rid?

sounds to me like a GPU problem. Did you overclock it too far or over heat it? If it does it at stock speeds and with many drivers might be in need of an RMA.
