28" to a 24" LCD?

I bout a Samsung 24" from Costco awhile ago and i loved it. No problems over. I returned it to buy a HannsG 28" LCD monitor. It is a nice monitor for a bargain brand. But when playing games, the refresh rate really isnt up to par. I want to go back to a 24" and I will get $550 back on a Costco card. I was looking at the monitors and I wanted to know what you guys thought of this one.

why not go back to the samsung? i also got the 24" samsung from costco for $399 and i'm happy with it. the hp has .282 dot pitch the samsung .27. the only other difference i see is the hp has hdmi input. i've never used or seen the picture on the hp so i can't really say. looks like the samsung uses about 30w less power

i know that samsung is very high quality and with the HDMI on the HP, I can use HDCP. Plus, i have the money and it needs to be spent there.

What was the highest Fresh rate do u get while gaming?

I set up to 75Hz on 1980x1200 when playing cod4 and desktop is 60hz on 1980x1200. It's great and smooth with the Hanns G 28".
