I would suggest leaving that at stock (auto)

Increasing the frequency probably wouldn't really give any significant gains in performance and is more likely to cause instability IMO

I have my HTT running at 1.33ghz and its not given me any problems whatsoever.. some people claim that over 1000 causes massive instability and for the old s939 thats true, but not so sure about the AM2 platform. Anyways, my M2N32 its all on auto and with my 5600+ at 3.2 and ive had my htt up to 1.6 for fun. No performance gains and no instability. Might as well just save your time and mobo life and leave it stock

If you have questions about this board, feel free to PM me. Im not exactly a super pro, but ive had the board for about a month now and sit comfortably in the bios chair

Metaphor time! Consider a 6 lane highway with 4 cars running through it... Increasing the HTT is like adding 2 more lanes - there might be more lanes, but the cars already had their own lanes.... In computer terms, the bandwidth is increased, but the data being moved still doesn't make use of it... this is why a raise in HTT doesn't give any performance gains

Also those settings are fairly expansive, but nothing like the stuff DFI puts out

fairly expansive? thats a whole shopping list of settings. thats not even half the settings either! just most of the ones I dont get minus a few obvious ones.
