8800GT PNY 512mb Blurry Desktop

Ok heres the thing All of my Text outside of games and full screen window applications look blurry. I dont know, I had my 8600GT and everything looks crisp, but now the 8800GT made my text blurry and hard to look at without getting headaches.

Yeah, sounds more like a display problem than the card itself. Might just be some resolution settings too.

What type of monitor do you have?

Probably not some old CRT, but I had a problem at larger resolutions with my old flat CRT with blurriness. I upgraded to a nice samsung LCD and it was the best upgrade I've had in a long time.

Holy crap! I can SEE!!!! lol, dude thanks for the help guys. I did the auto thing on my screen and everything is crisp! Thanks guys! Guess I didnt set it right when I switched from my 8600GT to my 8800GT.

No problem. I had this issue once when I changed my video card and couldn't figure it out for the longest time. Finally found out that it wasn't adjusted correctly. I guess the video output position must vary a little bit depending on the video card.

haha yeah. I reinstalled my vid driver and monitor driver tons of times over the week. It was really blurry. BTW I have a Acer AL2016W 20 inch LCD Monitor (Black)
