I put another NIC card into this computer, and it worked great.

I've reformatted and reinstalled x64, and everything works great.

Just as I though, it was a problem w/ Windows.

1.)Unplug YOUR main computers from the router and shut them off.
2.)Disconnect the power to your router.
3.)Disconnect the line from your modem going to the router for YOUR systems.
3.5) Wait about two minutes. Boil water. Make toast. Count to 300. This is madness....
4.)Hook up the router and connect the lines back into your network.
5.)Power up your router and turn on YOUR systems.

If that doesn't work, I suck, and should be beaten with a brick upside my head. That is all. Good luck.
All that is fine and dandy for someone with one...maybe even two routers, but do you have any idea how many routers this guys has??? He is better off leaving the PC as is then trying to reset countless routers...

EDIT: Oh I see he has fixed the problem.

There are 4 routers and one proxy server between me and the internet.

One is totally inaccessible for me.

well that's silly. You should place them in Accessible area's that can be turned on/off easily if needed to.

Ive got two routers under my house, But I wired it up to some switches that can be turned on and off from inside the house.

It would have saved u buying new gear. but those cards aren't much I guess.
