I've noticed Starting up takes no time at all now with SP3, where as it was taking forever to boot up with SP2.

Oh and P2P/torrents still work with SP3. Even if it did block certain ports you can just reopen them...

Get real, SP3 was never meant for games. It was meant for fixing security holes and increasing the file transfer speed between drives.
