PCI-E 1.0 vs 2.0 - Page 2

Would a GTS 250 or GTX 260 be affected by the 1.0 vs 2.0 difference?
I own the GTS 250, and my PCI-e 1.0 board I had before my 750i vs my 750i there isn't any performance gain in speedwise, but I do have quite the few more FPS in CoD now, maybe about 20fps more, the added bandwidth (my board is PCI-e 2.0 x16 and PCI-e 2.0 8x -- GTS 250 in x16 and 8500GT in x8) helped it boost up.

Its game dependant, games that store 90%+ of the game gata in VRAM will be fine but games that stream alot from main memory to VRAM will be hit quite bad.

Crysis, STALKER: Clear Sky, Flight Sim X......those games are very stream heavy and benefit from PCIE2.0 as it gives them more bandwidth to stream with
