Why not get the Cooler Master RC 690? Also, get the E8400 and that gigabyte board. They will perform and oc much better.

Is the Sunbeam Transformer bad because the one you suggested is a little too high for me.

From my experience with it, I would say get the 690 instead.

Some of the advantages the 690 has over the Transformer is that it only uses 120mm fans vs 80mm fans in the Transformer which are LOUD (stock ones and 80mm fans in general), the side panel is cheap, the front is cheap (ripped mine off)

Everything else looks good, but I personally would go for the e8400, and a DFI P35 DK, and maybe upgrade the GPU to a 8800GT

Also i don't know why you have DDR3 listed with a DDR2 mobo? a good set of DDR2 RAM are these 4GBPQ's

How come its 4gigs for so cheap? Isn't that like bad quality or something? Would the 690 fit everything I have?

If you don't mind going the Intel route, the E8400 and Gigabyte motherboard will probably outperform the AMD combo in most games. (I'm assuming you will be gaming since you've selected a 9600GT.) The Phenom is a quad, however, so it may perform better in some applications that take advantage of multiple cores. (You could also consider a Q6600, as well.)

Overall, I like the build. You may also want to switch to a SATA DVD Burner (instead of the older IDE interface).

EDIT: The DFI 790FX motherboard you've selected uses DDR2 ONLY, and you've selected DDR3 memory. They will be incompatible. You'll want to get some good DDR2, like this 4GB (2x2) G.Skill DDR2-1000MHz kit for only $85.

DDR2 is just relatively inexpensive right now. $80 to $120 is the typical price range ATM for a decent 4GB DDR2 kit.

Does it really matter between the DFI P35 DK and the GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3L

They're both great boards. Either one should work well.
