right click on My computer, then select manage. Now open up the tree for "Event Viewer". You will have 3 categories, Application, Security, and System. Check for any error logs on the event viewer for the approximate time of system reboot and post those. That will hopefully help us identify your problem. Since you're having issues with both your onboard ethernet adapter, as well as a PCI card, you most likely have corrupted files in Windows, which are causing fatal errors when trying to process IP traffic.
