My suggestion for your situation would be to overclock it a modest amount on stock voltage, and run a stability test for 24-48 hours.

We simply can't give you the numbers to plug in, as every chip will respond differently.

What ever vcore your AF7 can handle while keeping temps < 72°c (G0 revision) or < 62°c (B3) revision.

Look at the processor. SLACR is a G0. SL9QU is a B3.

Start by filling in your system specs here, so we'll know what you're working with.

Run 4 instances of Prime95 (one on each core, set the affinitys) found in our downloads section:
http://www.overclock.net/downloads/137251-prime95.html

What you are looking for is obviously the comp not to hang for extended periods of time 5sec+ or for it to Blue Screen

Also make sure you follow the temps shown about 3 posts above.

Easier to overclock + better temp threshold

Install http://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/ on the system and tell us the VID/idle temps so we have a ballpark range of what to help you achieve.
