Having trouble with Q6600 G0.

Before I say anything, I'd like for you guys to know that this is my first day overclocking anything. Please bare with me!

I'm just having problems overclocking my Q6600 G0. When I ran Real Temp, I was sitting at about 55c with 20% load on my CPU so I re-seated my heatsink and re-applied AS5. After that, I was doing about 45c at idle. Not too shabby, but not great. Right now, I'm running a stress test (OCCT) and I'm at about 55c (keep in mind that Real Temp gives lower temperatures than other readers like CoreTemp... about 5c less).

I don't know why I'm getting such high temperatures. I tried going from 1066 FSB to 1333 FSB, but my temperatures hit 70c within a minute of OCCT testing. I'm posting some pictures of what the inside of my computer looks like.

(Entire thing)

(Bit closer)

(Bit closer, no flash)

(Zoom on NB fan blowing toward CPU heatsink

(Fans on top of the case, above where the CPU heatsink blows out)

(Fan in the back of the case, side of the CPU heatsink)

Also, I'm using the rig that I have listed on the bottom (EVGA 780i motherboard with the loud fan ).

1st thing I noticed, was your poor cable management, you could probable lose 2-3c by doing to rework to that. Also buy some new fans, push some more air than those stock ones. But remember for the best air temps, you gotta hear those fans working

2nd thing, your heatsink should be facing your exhaust, turn it 90 degrees clockwise for better airflow.

3rd thing, if I am looking at this correctly you don't have your RAM in dual channel I see two different colored RAM slots open which leads me to believe you didn't insert them right, while this won't affect your temps this may affect your stablity.

The heatsink is actually blowing UP. It is not blowing into the NB. Also, the 9500 is not enough for a Q6600, I tried. Then I got a TRUE

The northbridge is blowing into it's heatsink, not out it think
Get a TRUE - brilliant heatsink

Okay, so I should be blowing the air from the heatsink to the BACK of the case? Also, I never knew about the RAM thing. So, I should move the ram from one slot to the other in order to fill up the same color?

Where can I find this TRUE heatsink that I hear people talking about all the time? I can't find it on Newegg.
