lol nah, i can beat you, just wait, ordered new rams just to beat you (:...
the 780i chipset isnt so bad, the vdroop was high, but after pencil mod, the vdroop is only 0.01v, which helped me get my overclock to 4.1 ghz (: Don't worry, i won't get discourage for something you said, and i have the same motherboard you have right now.. except it on my brother's rig (:

I wont judge niether the nvidia or intel chipset, because they're great.

The only reason i dont want to switch to the 9800 Gx2, is because of the past experience i had with the 7950 Gx2. On top of that, Gx2 isn't all that great IMO. and btw, i bought the 8800 GTS(2x) when the GX2 was 650$, while my gts are 220 after rebate (:

I'm not gonna cry? VID doesn't always mean you can overclock higher than another chip that have a higher VID.

Dude! He has a Q6600 at 3.8 with 1.3625v!!!

I would happily swap my Q6700 for that chip

Hmm,£280 is ~430 U.S. and an EVGA G92 512 GTS can be had for 200 U.S. I guarantee that 2 gts's in sli can outperform your card at a cheaper price.
