Had the Asus P5N-D and using the EVGA 750i FTW. FTW is a much better board, especially where overclocking is concerned.

P5N-D max on the old E6300 B2 was 2.7 GHz, not bad. On the 750i FTW 3.2 rock solid. So far the QX6700 has moved to 3.2 at the same temps I was only able to hit 3.1 on the P5N-D. Overall I really like the FTW!

Yeah.

Register it as soon as you get it. I registered my 780i right when it died and I only had 3 days left on my warranty.

Also for cooling you might need to get creative. You can simply put a larger fan on it or go crazy with it like I did.

But overall it is worth getting the eVGA since it is a reference board, thus the design that NVIDIA had chosen. Will not reference boards you will run into FSB holes which are not fun for OCing. And you might hit a FSB wall early.
