and finally my computer is free from viruses!!.....but i've moved those infected files to the avast virus chest, and will they stay there forever or is there any way to repair/recover those files???....avast cant do it though(seems it needs to build a Virus recovery database for such files)...but how long will it take???

I would suggest leaving the infected files in the chest and deleted them for good, and trying to find a new, non-infected file.
