And according to Sony's press releases, you need Blu-Ray discs to make current gen hi-def games worth a damn. Yet somehow PS3 games don't look or play any better than X360 games.
And according to Sony's press releases, the PS3 is outselling the X360 in Europe. Of course, Sony considers half of Asia and all of Africa to be in Europe, an assertion that the Asians and Africans very probably would dispute.
And according to Sony's press releases, UMD did not, in fact, suck rotten eggs as a movie format. Need I point out the flaw in that argument?
My point: Never believe anything in a Sony press release. They are a bunch of lying jerkweeds who will say anything to make their product sell more units. Not that most companies don't partake in such spin to varying degrees, but Sony just seems egregiously off the charts in this area. Even with Sony products I own and like very much, I wouldn't trust one word of their press releases about the products!
(I'm not as anti-Sony as I sound; I generally like their products, I simply hate
the "company" and, in particular, their assbag marketers.)
