In-Game lag while using foobar2000

Thread Starter
I have recently converted to foobar from wmp and whenever I play WoW while listening to music with foobar, I get horrible choppiness in WoW. When I used wmp, I had no lag like this. And, as soon as I exit foobar, the lag goes away. So if anyone has any ideas/suggestions on how to fix this, I would appreciate it.

Thanks,

Ed

I'm guessing it may have something to do with the number of sound channels being used. Play around with the sound channels setting in WoW; that might do the trick.

EDIT: As an afterthought, you might wanna also try changing the output device in foobar.

Set WoW affinity to core1 and foobar to core2.
